∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Context:

∎ Post : Project Director
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Project schedule.
∎ Supervise & execute of construction site.
∎ Project Planning as per schedule & estimation as per drawing.
∎ .Able to understand design and have adequate knowledge for giving economic feedback of design.
∎ Follow-up of the Project works, preparing site indent and taking approval & reporting to DGM.
∎ Supervising, controlling and Managing site Engineers and Supervisor.
∎ Prepare and check all kinds of subcontractor bill.
∎ Strong Communication skill , problem solving capacity .and project management skill,
∎ Habituated to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum (8 years in case of B.SC Engineering and 10 years years experience in case of Diploma Holder.
∎ Preference will given to those who have work experience under MES.
∎ Must be adjust any change and able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good presentation skill.
∎ Should have positive attitude and work under pressure.
∎ Stay site full time (Dhaka or outside of Dhaka)
∎ Experience with High Rise building construction.
Salary: Negotiable
