Educational Requirements:
∎ Basic degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in handling experiences in Production and maintenance of Injection Moulding and Extrusion Machine.
∎ Software based working is MUST.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified and highly experienced Engineer(s) who has got 7-10 years operational and maintenance experience for Injection Moulding Machine and Extruder Machine used for making Medical Tubes.
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineer specialized in Injection Moulding Machine / Plastic Extruder Machine for Medical Applications.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Incumbent should have a solid experience for operation, maintenance and all sorts of Injection Moulding Machine / Extruder Machine which will be used for the Medical purposes and have to do the job by himself.
∎ The Incumbent must have a thorough knowledge in the Control side of Injection Moulding Machine and Extruder Machine including Hydrolytic and Pneumatics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Incumbent should have technical mastering of Injection Moulding / Extrusion Machine along with a Production and Control experience of all sorts of Injection / Extruder which will be used for manufacturing Extruded Product for Medical purpose.
∎ 10 years’ experience in injection mold Machine and Extrusion Machine.
∎ Experience in a Research and Development, Manufacturing or related environment is desired.
∎ Previous experience in programming VMC Plano machining equipment is desired but not essential.
∎ Previous machinist/tool making experience is desirable and essential.
∎ Ability to function Control / Electronic Extruder operation and maintenance and hydraulics etc. is MUST.
∎ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions and with customers.
∎ Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation.
∎ Ability to work successfully under pressure of Target time limit and frequent changes to a heavy workload.
∎ Ability to work with outside vendors.
