∎ B. Sc / M. Sc in Electrical Engineering from any reputed public/private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for all electrical and mechanical works of the project.
∎ Ensure smooth operations of Fire Protection System, Lift and Substation
∎ Prepare Technical and Financial report (as required) of Air Conditioning, Fire protection system, Fire Detection system, Booster Pump System etc.
∎ Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC system, VRF system and Ducted split AC, cooling load calculation, duct design, chilled water supply and return pipe as per drawing.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of On-Line UPS and smoke detector system.
∎ Supervise the repair works of water Distribution System, Sanitary and Plumbing System.
∎ Monitor periodical maintenance of AC indoor and outdoor system.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Diesel Generator of the project.
∎ Prepare periodical Diesel stock report.
∎ Preparation BOQ, CS, Technical and Financial Evaluation and coordination as required.
∎ Resolve issues that arise during operations.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with individual suppliers and vendors to Ensure smooth operation and monthly maintenance and technical servicing.
∎ Manage and supervise the electrical and maintenance team members with shift management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ Self-Motivated, Energetic & Hard-worker
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity, honesty and mentality to work target oriented and work under pressure.
∎ Should have computer literacy in Office Suit and engineering software.
