Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in (Electrical/ Electromechanical) Engineer from BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/ DUET
∎ IEB Fellowship shall have preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on installation of Lift, Generator, Substation and Solar Panel in high-rise building.
∎ Supervise and monitor all electrical equipment’s works as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of electrical work as per design specification.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality and stock-control.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review electromechanical equipment’s to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings related to electric plan.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills and must be a strong team player.
∎ Ensuring proper utilizations of capital goods, machinery etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 8-10 years of experience.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
