Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have work experience in large scale of industrial machine maintenance field (First preference Plastic industry)
∎ Candidate must have good exposure in Electrical automation and control system ( PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo motor, Servo drive, Sensor, Actuator, Control Valve, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet communication etc)
∎ Control circuit diagram analysis
∎ Software knowledge (Simatic manager, TIA Portal, Wincc, Starter etc)
∎ Hand on experience in machine troubleshooting
∎ New machine installation and commissioning work
∎ To do preventive maintenance as per schedule & keep everything ready.
∎ Summarize the monthly downtime reports & forward to Electrical Assistant manager.
∎ Ensure personal protective Equipment (PPE) for all the electrical subordinates before starting works.
∎ Participate all the shift breakdowns & inform the electrical head about actions taken
∎ Participate in the new projects for erection & commissioning of the new machines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ *Must have sound knowledge of troubleshooting of Siemens based automated system (PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo motor, Servo drive, Sensor, Actuator, Control Valve, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet communication etc)
∎ *Software knowledge (Simatic manager, TIA Portal, Wincc, Starter etc)
