Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision, on all electro-mechanical works and maintenance works and maintenance works for our projects.
∎ Design, drawing, cost estimation, with adequate knowledge and experience.
∎ Knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning work of electromechanical equipment of high-rise building on per BNBC, NEC and NFPA etc.
∎ Implement on effective electromechanical maintenance policy and routine to successfully lead, run, co-ordinate the maintenance team.
∎ Must be an expert in electrical Load Calculation; single line diagram & circuit diagram (AUTOCAD).
∎ Fire hydrant Control Panel including fire pump and addressable fire alarms, AC, Automation, Ventilation system etc.
∎ Good Knowledge about Lift Motor, VRF, Hitachi, Gree, LG, General AC Brand etc.
∎ Sub-station; LT-Switch Gear; PFI; Compressor; Fusing Machines.
∎ Diesel Generators; total project electrical including AVR;
∎ Always have a ready alternative for all electrical problems / emergencies.
∎ Must be handling capabilities of contractor, supplier, and technicians.
∎ To prepare and maintain all documentation dork(Budget, Bill, Register, Note Sheet, CS work, Work order, SOP etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Must have good communication skills( by Mobile, Email, internet, and others) with management.
∎ Work support mentally as 24/7 for the emergency situation.
∎ Any others duties as when order by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 - 8 years experience in related field.
∎ Proficient in reporting, Computer operating & internet browsing.

Salary: Negotiable
