∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Project and supervise the workers and technicians.
∎ To communicate with client and company management.
∎ To prepare bill of quantity and materials requisition for project.
∎ To check back contractor's bill and payment.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self- motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Must have Knowledge of Auto CAD, 2D Design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Real Estate/Interior sector will be given advantage.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Must have experience on Microsoft Office applications and E-mailing.
∎ Ability to handle client's queries.
