Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any reputed public/private University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage future implementations and system enhancements by collaborating with various business areas and system owners.
∎ Define requirements and monitor those through to implementation.
∎ Collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements.
∎ Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project plans.
∎ Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates.
∎ Maintain Liaison with high official or client.
∎ Ensure Code of ethics among the team member. Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.
∎ Adapt quickly to complex culture and develop successful professional relations with key stakeholders
∎ Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project team members and lead teams as required.
∎ Anticipate delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.
∎ Ensure that the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
∎ Prepare & modification of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Manuals of program.
∎ Validate bill as per work order. Ensure timely arrangement & submission of bill/ invoice
∎ Ensure proper design as per International Standard Guideline & prepare BoQ, offer as per design
∎ Provide third party performance feedback to accounts & Marketing team.
∎ Daily update of team activities.
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
∎ Maintain strong buying relationships with customers
∎ Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
∎ Give training to team member and other cross functional department about product & design of different solutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must Have good knowledge and Skill in Auto Cad
∎ Experience in the field of Fire Safety & Security /HVAC/ BMS/ Substation will be added as an advantage.
