∎ This job is suitable for those candidates who are good at Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Water Treatment solutions and also should have communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound Knowledge about WTP, SWTP, ETP & Relevant ground or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering field.
∎ Sound at water treatment technological knowledge.
∎ Ability to Identify the problem of water treatment plants & make smart solutions.
∎ Attend all kinds of customer queries according to the company procedures and service standers and keep records in the service software.
∎ Handling Customer’s requirements, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up service to ensure resolution.
∎ Develop strategies and plans for customer support & establish standard service for customer support.
∎ Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provides information about products and services as required by the Customers.
∎ Apply information to the Existing customers about upcoming products & offers to the all-existing customer.
∎ Supervise the service operations, especially product Installation and after-sales services.
∎ Ensure The Best Quality of services and remind customers of the next service deadline.
∎ Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers in the service software.
∎ Handling the dissatisfied customers and convincing them to take better services from the Company.
∎ Provide advice, guidance, and mentoring to junior staff to upgrade the department’s efficiency.
∎ Prepare product or service reports as per company standers.
∎ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ From time to time report to the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years of working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Have to have excellent knowledge in both English and Bengali speaking & Writing.
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Willing to work under pressure during working hours.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
