Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze Electronics circuits.
∎ To carry out research and development work.
∎ To analyze Future VOC for products.
∎ To analyze Future Business Trend, Technology Trend.
∎ To do the work of sample selection & purchase, Research Paper Selection & Purchase, Market research & data preparation and analysis.
∎ To carry out Product Specification Freezing & FMEA.
∎ To conduct technical discussion with supplier for raw material.
∎ To conduct meeting with stakeholders.
∎ To make project scheduling, project proposal preparation.
∎ To do Prototyping, Engineering Pilot Product making.
∎ To do the work of BOM, Process Planning, SOP preparation, Cost Optimization.
∎ To provide Export support works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Candidates should have basic knowledge on electronics circuit.
∎ Should have a sound knowledge about home and kitchen appliance products.
∎ Should have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Office, Project, Outlook etc.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have Excellent time management skill.
∎ Should have good motivational skill and leadership capacity.
