Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise site construction activities.
∎ Understand the drawing specification, plan and do the construction accordingly.
∎ Monitoring construction activities in the site: Shuttering checks, casting supervision, rebar fabrication checks for columns, beams, slabs.
∎ Studying structural and architectural drawings and rectify any ambiguity regarding design or dimension related issues by discussing with architect and design engineer.
∎ Discussing with contractors and sub assistant engineers regarding working drawings and helped them to understand properly.
∎ Performing field test to ensure material quality and correspond with testing authorities to perform material testing.
∎ Monitoring materials stocks and provide requisitions.
∎ Investigating the properties of materials like glass, steel and concrete, and advising which is most suitable.
∎ Official correspondence with Dept., Consultants, Contractor and Vendors.
∎ Writing office notes, documentation & progress report.
∎ Construction work monitoring.
∎ Cost estimation.
∎ Project management.
∎ Overall supervision & maintain quality control.
∎ Site and design coordination.
∎ Monitoring of safety measures at site and materials inventory control.
∎ Assess the quality of input construction material and monitor the proper use of those.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good knowledge over AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and different types of Drawings.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
