• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Requirements:

   ■ Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 to 4 years) from any recognized University / Polytechnic Institute (with no 3rd division/class).

   ■ Experience:

   For B.Sc. holders: At least 6 years of relevant experiences in reputed university/Organization.

  For Diploma holders: At least 10 years of relevant experiences in reputed university/Organization.

• Supervise construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of university buildings and other civil infrastructure.

• Monitor construction work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities and technical documents for civil works.

• Inspect university buildings and facilities and identify necessary repair and maintenance work.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant departments to ensure timely completion of work.

• Verify measurements and contractors’ bills and recommend payment after checking completed work.

• Prepare progress reports and maintain records of civil engineering works.

• Perform any other civil engineering-related duties assigned by the competent authority.
