Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ A proven track record of minimum 5 years' experience in bill checking, estimate, rate analysis of highrise building projects.
∎ Prepare BOQ on structural, finishing and plumbing as per approved drawing to measure the required quantity of materials.
∎ Prepare rate analysis for each item as per current market price in order to determine the actual cost per unit of items.
∎ Finalize master budget of projects as per approved drawings and documents to anticipate all costs and expenses.
∎ Prepare and validate different related reports and others relevant documents.
∎ Carry out other activities as deemed necessary for the department.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Nos. (Yearly) X 50%
