Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE/ Diploma

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the whole operation, implementation, supervision and execution and Prepare effective planning and monitoring system for overall Electrical & Electronics works and progress.
∎ Understand technical status of Electrical & Electronics works of the entire project and monitor action status of problems.
∎ Verification of all types of Electrical & Electronics equipment's installations Analytical and QC Machinery etc. according to the drawings and specifications.
∎ Coordination with all types of electro mechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant.
∎ Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, team members and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that the function operates in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare different daily, weekly and monthly progress reports as required.
∎ Completion of all the assigned tasks in the given deadline.
∎ Assist to implement six sigma tools in production department.
∎ Review and submit reports about the progress of the implementation of Six Sigma tools in production line.
∎ Maintain Production/Operation planning & scheduling.
∎ Assist to formulate and implement systems & procedure for the above plan.
∎ Supervise production activities to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed the quality.
∎ Collect information and monitor product performance and customer satisfaction regularly.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on computer including, MS office, Official Email Writing.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh or overseas for training.

∎ Good communication (written/verbal both) in English.
∎ Good analytical skills
