∎ As a Biomedical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our medical staff in delivering the highest quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of biomedical equipment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of various biomedical equipment e.g. Slit lamp, Phaco Machine, Anesthesia Machine, Sterilization Machine, ECG Machine, Humphrey Field Analyzer, Specular Microscope, etc.
∎ Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all medical devices.
∎ Collaborating with medical staff to assess equipment performance and address any issues promptly.
∎ Keeping detailed records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
∎ Assisting in the procurement of new biomedical equipment and conducting pre-purchase evaluations.
∎ Training medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in biomedical technology and industry best practices.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Engineering & Maintenance department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment, systems, and medical devices.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and willingness to visit branch hospitals when needed.
∎ Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Dedication to providing high-quality service and continuous improvement.
