Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carry out research and development work.
∎ To do product testing & comparative analysis.
∎ To carry out market research & data preparation and analysis.
∎ To do product Specification Freezing & FMEA (if needed).
∎ To conduct technical discussion with supplier for raw material.
∎ To make project scheduling, project proposal preparation.
∎ To carry out Prototyping, Engineering Pilot Product making.
∎ To do the work of BOM, Process Planning, SOP preparation, Cost Optimization etc.
∎ To support Export related works.
∎ To develop manufacturing process with cost effectiveness.
∎ To make sure R&D support on production & process issue.
∎ To prepare and update technical procedure & work instruction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Candidates having experience in Battery product will get preference.
∎ Should have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have proficiency on MS Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project etc.
∎ Should have good communication skill, Excellent time management skill, good motivational skill and leadership capacity.

Salary: Negotiable
