Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sanitary & Plumbing: Responsible for Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Sanitary & Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection systems, Fire Detection & Fire Alarm systems, Voice Communication & (PA) systems, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent treatment Plant (ETP & STP), Hot water generation system, Steam generation plant (Boiler Plant) & Co-generation system, Hospital Laundry equipment, Kitchen & Bakery equipment, Hospital Nurse’s hostel sanitary & plumbing systems etc.
∎ Electrical: Responsible of all types electrical work as per drawing. Operation of Sub – station equipment (LT, BBT, PFI, Transformer, VCB etc.). Responsible of checking all electrical equipment, connection, fault finding and fault recover. Supervision of electrician daily work with proper safety. Look after the modification and new project work with making drawing, design & BOQ according to instruction of immediate boss. Making monthly roster, monthly budget, requisition, time to time consumption update, monthly expense, monthly inventory etc. Taking care of official documents like – warranty, check list, service report, gate pass, etc. Responsible of any equipment installation works with electrical power analysis. Responsibility of departmental works according hospital policy. Supervision of in house Repairing work. Have to knowledge on auto connection, ACB breaker, Star – delta connection etc. Responsible of premises electrical work as needed. Need to Look after the UPS(s).
∎ Civil: Supervision of all civil works (Painting, Carpeting, Mason work) ensures that works are carried out as per design & drawings. Prepared monthly Budget and BOQ for new works. Must have knowledge about AutoCAD 2D, 3D design. Raising materials requisition & ensure quality during receiving all materials / goods and maintain the proper document for sub store in out report. Performed new renovation work assigned by senior management.
∎ Mechanical: Supervision of HVAC system, Medical Gas plant, Generator plant & lift. VRF System, Split type A/C, Ventilation system, Lift,Handling the machinery and development works of (Chiller, AHU, FCU, OT AHU, FCU, and HEPA Filter).Installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of machineries. Leading & organizing a team of technician personal for planning & executing the installation, testing & commissioning works of the related machineries & equipment.Bill Checking, Measurement book preparing, Monthly Material Consumption Report Preparing.
∎ Making roster for above unit Engineer Supervisor, Operator & technician.· Necessary Materials requisition for above unit & look after al mechanical works inside and outside hospital.
∎ Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly work schedule & materials need assessment.
∎ Look after the consumption and inventory with documents.· Raising material Requisition & ensure quality during receiving of materials / goods.
∎ Prepare monthly duty roster and maintenance work schedule under department system.
∎ Supervision of construction site civil, mechanical (Sanitary & Plumbing) staffs and help them as per Site requirement / Condition.
∎ Corresponding aim vendors / contractors to ensure better outcome of projects & coordination to Project Manager for quality works in the project.· Maintaining safety aspects airing execution of all civil & mechanical (Sanitary & Plumbing) works.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by HOD.
