∎ B.Sc /Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed University/ Institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plant Operation, power plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry full responsibility of shift wise operations and maintenance.
∎ Take necessary actions for efficient plant operation by communication with plant Incharge.
∎ Supervise junior shift engineer and technicians work.
∎ Monitor and Maintain shift wise daily log sheet, check list & take necessary preventive steps if necessary.
∎ Communicate with our customer operation personal in order to balance load & demand factors.
∎ Always communicate with plant incharge, inform instantly about present situation of the plant & take steps if necessary.
∎ Performed on general maintenance like overhauling & schedule maintenance.
∎ Prepare day or shift wise power generation and consumption report.
∎ Monitor Reb Sub Station.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ For Diploma graduate required at least 9-10 years experience in MWM engineer
∎ Should have good knowledge in MS Word, Excel

Salary: Negotiable
