Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ IP Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet daily production target as per schedule given by the immediate superior.
∎ To ensures all manufacturing activities are performed according to the approved written procedure & all data generated during production are fully documented & recorded in specific formats & logbooks.
∎ To ensures all the written SOPs are strictly followed.
∎ To communicate effectively with staff and internal customers.
∎ To prepare production plan and execute the production as per plan for the month.
∎ To improve productivity & yield by decreasing changeover time and cycle time.
∎ To ensure proper arrangement of raw material, packing material production consumables required on floor.
∎ To maintain all production record such as -product wise production & yield record/wastage analysis/ manpower allocation/production breakdown/ off line works/rework record/hourly record/preventive maintenance.
∎ To evaluate productivity of the plant and introduce new strategies to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs and implement advanced safety measures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Should have production/manufacturing experience in any field preferably in Air Conditioner.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skill & self-motivated
∎ Must have outstanding analytical skills with a strong background in quantitative analysis and problem solving
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Willingness to travel (Home and Abroad).
Salary: Negotiable
