∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
∎ M.Sc & Geotechnical/ Foundation Engineering Preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ CRDC-ME Consortium
∎ China Railway Design Corporation, China & Mazumder Enterprise, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct various technical survey, soil tests & other tests to identify the soil specification
∎ Help CRDC Embankment Engineer as required (As there is no qualified local subgrade engineer, CRDC’s engineers are temporarily involved in the detailed design)
∎ Conduct various technical survey, soil tests & other tests to identify the soil specification. Design of railway embankment
∎ Help Foundation Engineer as required
∎ Help Quantity Surveyor in cost estimation
∎ Help Procurement Expert in preparing Tender documents.
∎ Participate in the earthwork design of the road
∎ Design various miscellaneous projects according to the actual situation of Bangladesh, such as ditch, channel, barrier, drainage
∎ Involve in road design
∎ Other Tasks assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 10 years’ professional experience of in the related field
∎ 4 years’ experience of similar industry
∎ Proficiency in speaking English
∎ Computer Literacy
∎ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Bangla and English)
∎ Strong leadership skill
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure
∎ Quantitative analytical ability
∎ Hands on experience in Geo-technical design & analysis software is expected
∎ All requirements to be carried out independently.
