Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or these two subjects related major
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Electrical & Mechanical works under a Project Manager.
∎ Checking and reviewing SLD and detail drawings (ACAD and hardcopies). Schedule monitoring.
∎ Scheduling, checking and monitoring of contractors' works. Ensuring quality works as per specifications.
∎ Co-ordination between various disciplines of works and ensuring timely completion of MEP works.
∎ Ensuring Electrical Safety as well as other safety measures at site and during contractors' works execution.
∎ Design & BOQ preparation, checking of bills related to MEP disciplines and payment certification.
∎ Communication with NESCO/REB for power connection for the projects.
∎ Preparing Electrical fixture fixing, design, drawing, and calculation with wiring diagrams of modern commercial & residential buildings.
∎ Preparing WPS & PQR, Welding work Supervision.
∎ Preparing Method Statement as per requirements for MEP work.
∎ Design & drawing of Earthing system, Firm knowledge of Firefighting systems, PS (Lighting Protection system) design, drawing & installation.
∎ HVAC system: Ability to load Calculation, Prepare BOQ, Installation, Commissioning, and maintenance (Chiller System: Water & Air Cooled, VRF, Split type) with Design and Drawing.
∎ PA system. (Sound system calculation, CC Camera fixing calculation, PABX System)
∎ Sub-station operation, Installation, Commissioning, and maintenance (including estimation and design-drawing, BOQ preparation).
∎ Generator design, room layout, Installation, Operation, and maintenance.
∎ Light, Fan, Switch-Socket fixture fixing, design, drawing and calculation.
∎ Complete building operation & maintenance. (SDB, MDB, FDB, ATS, AVR, Lift, Sub Station, Generator, Fire Fighting System, PA System, BBT, LPS, etc.)
∎ Firm knowledge of Dry/Oil type Transformer.
∎ Design and Drawing of Cable Tray and also have experience in Maintenance.
∎ Firm knowledge of High/Low voltage Circuit Breakers, MC, Automation, and other protection systems.
∎ Doing CS and giving work orders for all types of electrical equipment.
∎ Basement ventilation design, drawing & fixing preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 44 years
∎ BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET Graduates will be given preferences.
∎ Candidate must have experience in the Power Plant, Water Treatment Plant work.
∎ Must have clear knowledge of variables in international standards of EM.
∎ Good at communicating (written and oral) in both English.
∎ Proficient in operating all kinds of Office software and drawing software.
∎ Proficient in current construction organization design, construction specification, and Acceptance specification.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
