∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill, Electrical Compliance, SQA, Vendor management

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Designing, Electrical Drawing, HVAC Project Execution, mechanical maintenance, Sub Station
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 08 to 10 years experience as Mechanical Engineer in Hotel, Hospital, and High rise buildings.
∎ He will be responsible for all HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing, Sanitary and drainage works and commissioning.
∎ He should have executed at two projects from initiation, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of all High side and Low side works.
∎ Mandatory knowledge and requirements of Auto CAD, Fire Work, Sub-station & HVAC.
∎ He will coordinate with all vendor’s subcontractors and vendors for the quality of work at site.
∎ Liaise with consultants, contractors, and Project Managers.
∎ Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and validating the work change order.
∎ Validate design issues and suggest alternate solutions in guidance with the Project Manager and Consultants' input.
∎ He will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans as per local and international standards.
∎ He will be responsible and ensure the correct method statement is followed along with the checklist in place.
∎ He will verify and approve the samples, execution plan, etc.
∎ He will verify the materials received at the site and carry out material inspection as per the approved samples.
∎ He will issue a non-compliance report when notice any deviations/variance are noticed at the site.
∎ He will maintain the joint measurements, and contractor bills and will report & assist the Mechanical Manager on the day-to-day activities.
∎ He will monitor the material availability at the site and forecast the material requirement and inform the Project Manager in advance.
∎ He will meet the schedule and targets as assigned by the Manager and raise the flag on missing targets.
∎ Ensure safety and implement safe practices and make the site accident free zone.
∎ Coordination with Civil, Interiors, and Electrical & IT departments and ensure smooth flow of works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08-10 years practical experience in relevant area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Proven working experience in similar role
∎ In-depth understanding of HVAC.
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
∎ A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Excellent communication skill with attention to detail
