∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Additional certifications in project management or relevant mechanical systems will be an advantage.
∎ Proficient in using standard software tools for mechanical engineering and maintenance.
∎ Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
∎ Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular inspection of electro mechanical system & equipment as well as necessary production and utility machineries trouble shooting according to the requirement;
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and ensure implementation accordingly;
∎ Participate and supervise the installation, commission & validation of machineries/equipment as per standard;
∎ Collect design and operational data of the existing electro mechanical equipment’s / systems and review their operational performances, and make recommendations for the operational efficiency improvements;
∎ Carry out electromechanical equipment’s / systems installation designs, installation plans and supervise the drafting of the design drawings;
∎ Prepare works progress reports and contract close-out reports;
∎ Training of the water corporation staff on operation and maintenance tasks, and records keeping;
∎ Review the electromechanical assets / systems operational performances produce reports and follow up on any warranty maintenance as required.
∎ The Electro Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for all the tasks associated with the investigation, design, installations, commissioning and testing of the electro mechanical equipment’s and systems in improvement project. The specific tasks will include:
