Education:

• Diploma in Civil

• At least, diploma in Civil/Electric EngineerAt least 4 years’ experience working in any reputed Farm/Projects.

Skill and Competencies:

• Experience in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and Project Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimation.
• Experience in Electric work.
• Ability to comprehend and follow directions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.  

Responsible for:

• Work under the direct supervision and instruction of a head of ID or Senior engineer.
• Provides general and entry-level support to Infrastructure Development (ID).
• Carry out documentation and file management of all documents, completed and ongoing projects manually and digitally.
• Prepare and submit all kinds of routine activities, reports, and work progress regularly.
• Coordinate with Sectors, CSUs, and field staffs for construction and maintenance works.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.  

Activities:

• Perform routine tasks under the direct supervision of head of ID or Program Manager.
• Prepare budgets and keep records of all expenditures.
• Prepare bill of quantity, draft plan, and design.
• Proper all kinds of file and document management including completed and ongoing projects manually and digitally.
• Keep record and update of all construction materials and their progress.
• Prepare and submit all kinds of routine activities and reports after approval from head of ID.
• Build strong relationships and address the needs of other Sectors/CSUs.
• Coordinate with field staffs for progress, decision-making process, and updates of project works.
• Assists head/senior engineers for smooth operation of department.Performs other related duties as assigned.
