Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Electrical

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical System Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This includes power distribution systems, generators, motors, transformers, lighting systems, and control panels.
∎ Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve electrical issues, troubleshoot faults, and diagnose problems in electrical systems. Use testing equipment and techniques to determine the root cause of electrical failures and implement appropriate solutions.
∎ Electrical Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, including power distribution systems, motors, instrumentation, and control devices. Follow electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations during installation processes.
∎ Wiring and Circuitry: Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and connections. Ensure proper grounding and adherence to electrical safety protocols. Interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate wiring and circuitry.
∎ Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and systems. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration to identify and address potential issues before they escalate into failures.
∎ Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Follow lockout/tagout procedures, arc flash safety guidelines, and other safety measures to minimize electrical hazards.
∎ Equipment Testing and Calibration: Conduct testing and calibration of electrical equipment and instruments to ensure accurate measurements and proper functioning. Use specialized equipment and tools to perform these tasks.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and inspections. Prepare reports documenting electrical system performance, equipment condition, and any necessary repairs or improvements.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and team members to coordinate electrical maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and support drilling operations. Provide technical assistance and guidance as needed.
∎ Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations, such as IEC, DIN, and safety guidelines specific to the oil and gas industry.

∎ Age 27 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 139200 (Monthly)
