∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Fluency in English speaking, MS Office, Working with Foreigner
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Bidding/Tender documents as per technical specifications for Metrorail projects.
∎ Management of Engineers, Technicians & Workers,
∎ Planning and design stages of construction projects.
∎ Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
∎ Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
∎ Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
∎ Liaising between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
∎ Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
∎ Documentation processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
∎ Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior management.
∎ Daily monitoring of site work execution and attending meetings with clients.
∎ Must be regular, hardworking, work target oriented, and responsible
∎ Must be good in English speaking and writing.

∎ Age at least 35 years
