∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement and manage the Electrical and external works / Infrastructure.
∎ Make routine inspections for the Electrical Works such as Embaded Pipes in Concrete frames, Piping installation in Blockworks, Wiring pulling, Switches & Sockets and Lights fixture installation work on daily basis and close all submitted RFI's In order raise the actual daily Progress Report and release the Subcontractor's Payments.
∎ Coordinate with the MEP Manager, Site Manager and Project Manager regarding work performance to the of the Project Consultant.
∎ Provide Logistic support to the MEP subcontractors at site.
∎ Coordinate to Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
∎ Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until the end of the contract.
∎ Attend Weekly Progress Meetings and follow up on all related issues/matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literate with excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Knowledge of Electrical theories and practices and Infrastructure works.
∎ Knowledge of environmental management systems and vast experience in the Electrical Works
∎ Internally with QA&QC, Site Manager, MEP Manager, Project Manager and other Departments in line with the project quality procedures.
