∎ Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Execution of all electrical related works at real estate development projects
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling of all electrical and fire protection system works in projects
∎ Verification of all types of electrical equipment's installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members and other stakeholders
∎ Perform electrical systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations.
∎ Ensure electrical safety & security of project site
∎ Scheduling electrical works and ensure timely completion
∎ Solving various electrical related issues
∎ Design of protection schemes, substation layouts and other plant area electrical layouts
∎ Testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Inspection of all electrical equipment and materials delivered
∎ Assist installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of substations (LT panel , HT panel, PFI panel , AVS , IVS , ATS) and Elevators on all ongoing projects
∎ Co-coordination & maintenance of all types of electromechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant
∎ Supervise the making & installation of MDB board, SDB board, canopy etc.
∎ Any other related assignments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in real estate sector including 5 years' experience of job in consultancy firm
∎ Should be able to manage highest quality residential / commercial building works
∎ AutoCAD, MS Office, Internet browsing etc. proficiency is a must
