Job Context:
∎ Dutch Dairy Ltd is hiring an electrical engineer for its BioGas plant and farm field work. To do well in this role you should be a professional engineer and have extensive experience as an electrical engineer.
∎ We are also seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our sales and office. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electrical Engineer
∎ Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
∎ Maintain & Supervising Biogas plant.
∎ Field work is needed to maintain the projects electrical work.
∎ Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
∎ Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
∎ Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
∎ Supervising or training project team members.
∎ Project planning and specification of electrical installations for machinery.
∎ Planning, design, and dimensioning of low and high-voltage installations.
∎ Sales Admin
∎ Receiving and processing purchase orders.
∎ Issuing sales transaction invoices.
∎ Verifying orders, including customers information and payment details.
∎ Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and sale products.
∎ Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
∎ Compiling monthly sales reports.
∎ Expediting orders through internal liaison.
∎ Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
∎ Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
∎ Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
