working experience in Generators and sub stationary department of any
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining in house sub-stations, H.T switch-gears with transformer & L.T Panel.
∎ Maintaining all Diesel Generator and exhaust heat recovery generators.
∎ To Operate and Maintain PLC system with required logic diagram.
∎ All DC Motors schedule maintenance, checking & monitoring.
∎ Assist in maintaining a comprehensive preventive schedule for maintenance, repair work & others.
∎ To communicate with Local Suppliers, Foreign Supplier as well as the REB / PDB/similar office & others.
∎ Constantly supervise all critical /important places.
∎ To maintain all files, logbooks, roster schedules, various reports, etc.
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of electrical/mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Prepare required schedule for any shut-down for maintenance of all equipment including acknowledgment and informed consent to different units.
∎ Understanding of mechanical & electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare any asked reports and ready to take action for any tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Train and supervise the operators, supervisors, technicians, sub-asst engineers, fitters, welders, plumbers and labor people who are working under his supervision.
∎ Need analysis ability of Problem Machine & report to Director O&M/AGM
∎ Engineer will be work process Engineer with own self & Report to Director O&M/AGM
∎ Set training standards (SOP) and hiring and on boarding procedures.
∎ Forecast requirements and assist Director O&M to predict budget and year ending operational cost variations and analysis .
∎ Any other job assigned by the superiors.
