Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A responsible Electrical Engineer able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. Key qualifications include:
∎ Electrical Engineer: Graduates with a diploma from a recognized university.
∎ Solid hands-on experience in actually working on a construction site. In other words: We cannot use purely academic knowledge, but specialists actually having worked on a site doing electrical installations is essential.
∎ Over 3 years of ︊︃︎︌︁︄︅️︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎practical experience as an Electrical Engineer in electrical installations in civil constructions
∎ Experience as site supervisor in civil electrical installation
∎ Good knowledge of the English language without excessive accent.
∎ Knowledge of the German language is an advantage but not essential.
∎ For starters, you will work as an electrician in civil electrical installations on our construction sites in Germany.
∎ Subject to your individual performance, you can be assigned a leadership or supervision role on one or more sites.
∎ After 3 years of activity in Germany as employee, a change to self-employment is possible (enabling you a higher net income, our self-employed members make approx. 4.000 EUR/month net) subject to approval of German Immigration Authority.
∎ A practical person with good organizational skills could move into our central administration and co-ordinate a good number of sites as Project Manager.
∎ As part of your advancement objectives, you will be encouraged to learn German.
