∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or EEE.

∎ Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design, automation, or maintenance.
∎ Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, PLC/DCS programming, and SCADA systems.
∎ Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian electrical codes, IEC, NEC, and other relevant industry standards.
∎ Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
∎ Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in electrical design, automation, or maintenance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design & Engineering: Develop and review FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and execute detailed electrical and instrumentation engineering.
∎ Control Systems & Automation: Configure and optimize DCS (Distributed Control Systems) hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration with client requirements.
∎ Electrical System Planning: Design and plan power distribution systems, substations, and grid connectivity while ensuring efficiency and reliability.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and installations adhere to local and international engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
∎ Technical Analysis & Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.
∎ Safety & Risk Assessment: Perform functional safety evaluations, hazard analysis, and shutdown logic programming to maintain operational integrity.
∎ Testing & Commissioning: Lead system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities to ensure high performance and compliance with standards.
∎ Cost Estimation & Project Management: Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
∎ Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing technical support and preparing detailed engineering reports.
