Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all functions under supervision and control by the foreign expert.
∎ To keep records of all parameters in production process.
∎ To estimate & prepare the requisitions and submit them to store for collecting material.
∎ To set manpower shift wise as per production plan.
∎ "To take the responsibility of Productivity Improvement in all aspect of production processes."
∎ To prepare & ensure the proper Routine and Preventive maintenance of the machinery in production processes.
∎ To ensure proper storage of materials & goods to the selected places.
∎ To achieve production target according to the production plan.
∎ To keep records of all maintenance works to be performed.
∎ To take necessary measures to minimize the incidents of breaking down of machines due to Mechanical / Electrical faults.
∎ To assign and control the responsibilities of subordinates.
∎ To do any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 5 years of experience to the relevant field as an Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
∎ Well communication skill both in Bengali & English Language.
∎ Should possess team management skills.
∎ Should be results oriented, analytical, time bound & able to work in pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
