Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Electrical wiring Designs, Drawings, and implementation as per supervisor instruction.
∎ Capable to prepare BOQ and handle the electrification works of the entire project, Requisition & verification of Contractor bill and Quality Control, Cost Control, and Time Management.
∎ Should have Sound knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
∎ Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
∎ Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes of Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), and other standards.
∎ Record/ preserve all documents regarding changes in electrical design.
∎ Carry out the coordination between a subcontractor, project manager, and head office.
∎ Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of electrical works at site and report work progress and budget matters to authority.
∎ • Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the projects with the Project Manager as needed.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of substation, Generator, Lift, Fire management system, internal electrification system, HVAC, Pump, etc. For all kinds of building construction projects.
∎ Good problem-solving skills and be able to manage a whole project, including looking after the budget and it's important that meets deadlines.
∎ Maintaining, planning, and scheduling electrical equipment in the project.
∎ Must be able to work on the projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Co-ordination with Desco DPDC
∎ Sufficient knowledge of electrical design of high rise building.
