Education:
∎ Higher Secondary, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
∎ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR Certification as an Electrician from a recognized institution.

∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 1 year in electrical work (industrial, residential, or commercial).
∎ Language Requirement: Minimum A1 level German proficiency.
∎ If you don’t have A1 German, Recruitment company will provide training and Coaching to help you achieve it.
∎ Technical expertise in electrical systems, wiring, and installations.
∎ Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
∎ Basic German communication skills (or willingness to learn).
∎ Teamwork & problem-solving skills.
∎ Key Skills Needed:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in homes, factories, and commercial buildings.
∎ Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues.
∎ Read and interpret technical diagrams and wiring layouts.
∎ Follow safety regulations and ensure proper electrical installations.
∎ Work in a team environment to complete projects efficiently.
∎ Candidates may need to attend multiple interviews.
∎ Those without A1 German will receive language training and support.
∎ Working Hours: 8 Hours per day
∎ Probation Period: 6 Months
∎ Leave: Weekends (Sunday) + 24-25 Holidays per Year (Subject to Employer’s Policy)
∎ Initial Contract Duration: 6 Months
∎ Visa Duration: 6 Months (Renewable as per Company Rules).
∎ Estimated Visa Processing Time: More of less 5 Months
∎ Additional terms will be disclosed during the selection process.
