Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AUTO CAD, HMI, MS Excel, MS Word, PLC (Siemens), VFD

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plant preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment and machinery. Prepare a diagnostic report for project update, breakdown maintenance, monitor and coordinate electrical maintenance/project activity.
∎ Hand on troubleshooting knowledge on PLC Siemens S7-300/400/1200/1500 & Calibration Instrument (4 to 20 mA) Flow meter (E & H), Level Transmitter (E & H), Pressure transmitter (E & H), Ultrasonic sensor (E & H). Variable Frequency Drive (SEW Euro-drive, Lenze, Omron, Mitsubishi), Sinamics drive (Siemens) at Particle Board and MDF production line.
∎ Should have thought knowledge about all the operating and control electrical, Automation, Electro-Mechanical of PB/MDF board with related machinery. Supervision of all the project & running machinery.
∎ Should be capable of consulting operation and maintenance for safe operation and troubleshooting.
∎ Sound knowledge on electrical wiring diagram, schematic diagram, PID diagram to enhance the project status.
∎ Making effective report (daily/weekly/monthly) & Keep update the management of any type of electrical issues.
