Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
∎ Must have a Diploma/ B.Sc in Electrical and have work experience handling PLC System
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrician
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have capability to electrical design for any industry (Especially for Ceramic or Ceramic Brick Industry) according to the mechanical structure.
∎ Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of prevention, operational and corrective maintenance work of different electrical & electronics equipment and machineries.
∎ Candidates should have good knowledge on troubleshooting of automatic control system (e.g. PLC, HMI, inverter, servo drive and different electrical & electronic parts).
∎ The candidate should have the ability to prepare standard technical specifications for different machineries used in the industry.
∎ Should have PLC system programming skill with troubleshooting of PLC System for ceramic brick manufacturing machineries or any ceramic product manufacturing machineries.
∎ Electrical & Electronic troubleshooting for all machines .
∎ Responsible for the end-to end process of the Dept i.e. Installations, Commissioning, Erection & Maintenance.
∎ Plan, Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components products and systems.
∎ Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all major electrical equipment including Generator system.
∎ Develop preventive and corrective maintenance system of electrical equipment.
∎ Ensure proper synchronization of power sources like Electrical/Diesel generator.
∎ Plan & coordinate and execute alternative sources in case of crisis.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with production department to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Modify, repair, re-fix and adjust all sorts of electrical equipment.
∎ Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance and operation.
∎ Maintenance of PLC System etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) in a Ceramic Industry or any ceramic brick manufacturing industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Service/support.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Candidate must possess high interpersonal, communication, management skills and ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Candidates should have good communication skill in English.
∎ The ideal candidate must be able to carry out, review and coordinate the mechanical and electrical works for the projects; supervise day to day activities to meet the deadlines; make proper coordination and review of testing and commissioning procedures.
∎ Candidates having experience in Ceramic Bricks industry will get preference.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
