Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
The Applicant should have Experience in Any Pharmaceutical Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, Manage & Execute every day Engineering activity in the Plant
∎ Control all the relevant technicians and maintenance operators and their output in order to meet daily maintenance activity in the plant as per direction from factory management continuously.
∎ Maintain GMP & GEP standards, ICH guidelines and Other International standards of Pharmaceutical Quality.
∎ Ensure perfect Operation of all Machinery & Equipments concerned including power generator, substation, Air compressor, HVAC system
∎ Ensure optimum operation efficiency and safety
∎ Ensure safety operation of all machinery and periodically train everyone concerned
∎ Ensure regular and periodic preventive maintenance and equipment management.
∎ Maintain, Ensure operation with Safe guard of over all electrical and electronics equipment- PLC,HMI, MMI, Automation etc in the plant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Maintenance of Production, HVAC, Utility Machineries and Equipment's,& Management in similar post in Leading Pharmaceutical & Similar Companies. Preferable Power Generators, Substation , Air Compressor etc.
∎ Proven work experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
∎ Proven managerial experience of minimum 2 years
∎ Familiarity with industry standard Pharmaceutical Machineries & Equipment's and technical expertise
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and process improvement processes
∎ Computer literacy- Efficient in MS Office, Excel & Internet usage, AUTOCAD & Solid works drawing layout plant drawing, Circuit diagram.
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Strong team building, people management skills
∎ Able to work extended hour on occasions when required.
