Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Engineering (EEE).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the technical expert on all aspects of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
∎ Design, size, and select PV system components including modules, inverters, batteries, racking, and cabling based on customer needs and site conditions
∎ Perform energy modeling using PVsyst or similar software to estimate system performance and produce accurate financial analysis
∎ Prepare construction documents including schematics, single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, and bill of materials
∎ Manage projects from start to finish, including interfacing with clients, architects, general contractors, and other engineering disciplines
∎ Perform quality control reviews of project deliverables prepared by junior staff
∎ Train and mentor junior engineers and support staff
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products through continued education and professional development
∎ Attend job sites to observe construction progress and perform commissioning tasks
∎ Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
∎ Participate in company marketing initiatives such as trade shows, webinars, and social media
∎ Other duties as assigned
