Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant must be a member of IEB and RAJUK.
∎ Experience in high rise commercial project is highly preferable.
∎ Must have the knowledge to work with MS Office and Auto CAD.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare electrical designs for different In-house projects.
∎ Prepare technical specifications for electrical works for In-house projects.
∎ Budgeting, monitoring and top supervision of various electrical works.
∎ Doing estimation and BOQ of electrical works at different projects.
∎ Communicate with different consultants and contractors and also collaborate for all the electrical works as per the project requirements.
∎ Supervise the implementation process at the sites as per the approved design and standard.
∎ Visit Site as and when required.
∎ Prepare project related documents other than drawings (if required).
∎ Any other work assigned by Line Manager or Management.
