Job Context:
∎ Employer is a medium to large scale manufacturing industry. Primary job responsibility of the candidate is to plan, design and develop various types of commercially viable 2-wheeled and 3-wheeled electric vehicles. The candidate is expected to be able to independently accomplish all activities from vehicle`s design prototype stage to final production grade model development.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory, Mowna, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solid knowledge of design and engineering principles in the field of automobile industry is essential. Candidate will be responsible for all product level attributes like styling, costing, manufacturability, performance, service, reliability, etc. Must have experience in full product lifecycle from concept through production.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on various production machineries of metal based manufacturing industry like CNC lathe, plasma cutter and bending machines. Should be familiar with Power and hydraulic machineries like press, notching, sheet bending, pipe bending, Sheet Shear Machine etc.
∎ Must have mold-die design knowledge of metal industry which is required for high volume production of structural body-parts of the vehicle models to be made in the factory. Clear knowledge of machineries used in engineering workshops are definite advantage.
∎ Should have knowledge on electrical and electronics elements of EV like powertrain system, motor, controller energy management, wiring harness etc for safety and performance.
∎ Knowledge of virtual builds are essential. Proficiency in CAD and BOM management for accurate 2D/3D drawings and modeling of products using Auto CAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, ANSYS and other necessary software are desirable.
∎ Any other job as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 2 year of industry based production experience is required. Work experience in vehicle industry will be given preference.
∎ Candidate should have passion for electric vehicles and mobility industry. Proven problem solving and strong communication skills is required. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is essential.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Auto mobiles / Manufacture Plant
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills & problem solving skills.
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, Writing Specking).
∎ Ability to take challenge & work well under pressure.
∎ Multitasking capacity is required.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
