We are looking for female candidates with strong communication and multitasking abilities, along with a proactive, target-driven, and responsible mindset. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in student file opening and visa processing. Relevant certifications (e.g., British Council Agent & Counsellor Training) will be given strong preference. However, motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in the study abroad sector are also encouraged to apply.

Position: Sr. Counsellor / Counsellor (Study Abroad Team)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Handle 50–60 daily inquiries and follow-ups across phone calls, messages, and in-person consultations proactively and responsibly.

▸ Guide students throughout their A-Z Study Abroad Journey, including university selection, application submission, document processing, and visa procedures for First World countries and European destinations.

REQUIREMENTS

◆ Only female candidates with strong communication and multitasking abilities, along with a proactive, target-driven, and responsible mindset.

◆ Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in student file opening and visa processing; relevant certifications (e.g., British Council Agent & Counsellor Training) will be given strong preference.

COMPENSATION

Salary: BDT 20,000 (Fixed) + BDT 7,000 per successful visa, potential earnings BDT 40,000+ per month

📍 Workplace: House 23/D-1 (Flat 3-N, 2nd Floor), Opposite Bashundhara City Shopping Mall, Panthapath, Dhaka-1205.

⏰ Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🗓️ Weekly Holiday: Friday
