NZ Educare is hiring two Education Counsellors for its Bangladesh team to counsel students and parents on studying in Malaysia, and to promote Malaysian universities through content, events and field activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on Malaysian universities, programmes, admission requirements and study pathways.

• Answer enquiries professionally and follow up with prospective students to convert leads into applications and enrolments.

• Keep in consistent contact with students throughout the admission process.

• Create and present video content promoting study opportunities in Malaysia.

• Conduct live sessions confidently and respond to audience questions professionally.

• Conduct agency and university visits.

• Support and organise education expos, webinars and related promotional activities, including outside regular office hours when required.

• Communicate professionally in spoken and written English with students, parents, partners and institutions.

• Prepare professional emails and maintain student and lead records using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Give daily activity updates and weekly progress reports to the team and management.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, please confirm

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 year(s)

• Education counselling experience is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong speaking and convincing skills, with a high level of patience.

• Minimum IELTS score of 6.5, with strong spoken and written English.

• Professional email writing skill and good working skill in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to create video content and conduct live sessions.

• Ability to carry out field work: agency visits, university visits, and organising expos and webinars.

• Proven ability to convert student enquiries into confirmed applications and to meet monthly and intake-based targets.

• Strong follow-up discipline, with timely responses to every lead and accurate lead tracking.

• Knowledge of Malaysian university admission, offer letter, EMGS and student visa processes.

• Responsible, respectful and professional towards every colleague, willing to follow management instructions and work as part of a team.

• Accountable for targets and results, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
