call center training, Consultancy, Counseling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, good communication skill, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Consulting Firms, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide students for foreign University admissions and visa support
∎ Counseling on higher studies over phone and deal student's queries through Facebook chatting
∎ Face to face counseling and documents processing for foreign University admission and visa applications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in English, will give priority if anyone has a good IELTS score / english proficiency.
∎ Must have good skills in operating computer
∎ Candidate having a minimum of 1-3 years of job experience in the customer service/ student counseling field are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Performance based incentives will be offered in addition of salary
