Responsibilities & Context:
∎ General Job Responsibilities :Student Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to students regarding study destinations, university options, programs, and application procedures. Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capability to recommend suitable education options abroad.
∎ Application & Documentation Support: Assist students in completing university applications, preparing documentation, and writing personal statements/SOPs. Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications to international institutions.
∎ Visa Processing :Guide students through the visa application process, including documentation, financial proof, and interview preparation .Keep up-to-date with immigration policies and visa requirements of different countries.
∎ University Liaison :Maintain communication with partner universities and institutions for admissions, updates, and partnership opportunities. Participate in university fairs, webinars, and information sessions on behalf of the organization .
∎ Marketing & Outreach: Promote services via digital marketing, seminars, workshops, and school visits. Contribute to content creation for promotional materials and social media platforms.
∎ Administrative Support :Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status .Follow up with clients regularly and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the journey.
∎ Training & Development :Attend internal and external training sessions to stay informed about changes in international education trends and requirements.
