Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support users on managing their accounts with us and bring their accounts up-to-date
∎ Support local and overseas clients through phone, email and live-chat.
∎ Track, record and report sales and support issues.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve support issues.
∎ Write / Edit / Review / Proof-read various content and client data.
∎ Monitor user communication and report Doubtful / Spam activities.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 02 years of proven experience on local and overseas client support through phone, email and live-chat.
∎ Experience on marketing and sales process. Guide, follow up and manage user/client requirements smoothly.
∎ Must have Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Experience on Write / Edit / Review / Proof-read various contents
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
