Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
∎ Execute activities driven by data analytics
∎ Identify strategic business partnerships
∎ Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes
∎ Implement e-commerce activities
∎ Implement new business collaboration initiatives
∎ Maintain business partnerships
∎ Manage a diverse service environment
∎ Manage operations for service excellence
∎ Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
∎ Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
∎ Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
∎ Maintain customer call

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 2 years' experience in Ecommerce Industry
∎ Able to use Inventory Software and Delivery Software
∎ If you know FB ad manager will give you the additional advantage
∎ Product Sourcing experience
∎ Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Telemarketing experience would be good
