Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the AGM & HOD of Operation with assigned job.
∎ Work closely with other functional departments to achieve organizational Goal.
∎ Ensures that staff are meeting defined workload and quality metrics through regular review and reporting of findings as outlined by clinical operations management.
∎ Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the management.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Office Management, Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre or Others Health Sector.
∎ Good leadership and communication skills.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and vendor.
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and multiple task ability.
