Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform regular spot-check of all patient care services and to maintain high quality standards through routine visit to every ward and floor.
∎ Co-ordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, nurses, duty doctors, consultants, medical services and other concerned departments in attending the patients need.
∎ Address any patient's request, requirement, complains etc. Monitor and ensure that all the complaints are resolved in appropriate manner.
∎ Attend all urgent calls from the emergency, intensive care unit, cabin/ward and provide necessary support. Also submit recorded all incidence through Duty Manager Report for management attention.
∎ Streamline all activities from admission to in-patient care, as well as bill payment to discharge of the patient.
∎ Maintain official formalities of Medical legal case (MLC) / MLC expired patients.
∎ Counsel the patients and their attendants regarding patient's rights and responsibilities as well as hospital policy and procedures whenever required.
∎ Provide personalized services for high value, VIP, vulnerable patients.
∎ Contact patient or patient family to retrieve what exactly they want to suggest for improving our services and analyzing the comments and taking necessary steps to resolve accordingly.
∎ Should be able to deal with diversified customers as well as lead cross functional operational activities with very good management and communications skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-7 years total and at least 2 years proven experience in similar job or customer care particularly in any reputed Hospital / Corporate Hospital.
∎ Must have Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
∎ Highly energetic and ambitious candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Advanced level PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (Knowledge of Windows XP and MS outlook is essential).

Salary: Negotiable
