Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of prevention, operational and corrective maintenance work of different BMS, electrical & electronics equipment and machineries.
∎ Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems using AutoCAD.
∎ Ensure all electrical & BMS equipment is operational and maintained as per the standards practice.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of BMS, Electrical systems, equipment, and components in the different workplaces to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repairing.
∎ Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through day-to-day schedule maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure all BMS control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
∎ Maintain good communication with the Engineering services (mechanical) for optimizing the maintenance process.
∎ Sound knowledge on operation and maintenance of BMS, Electrical sub-station, Diesel generators, UPS, Lighting systems, Lift and AC (VRF & Split).
∎ Have sound knowledge on the BMS system and interfacing system of electrical/mechanical equpments’s.
∎ Design, specify, configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
∎ Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV, BMS systems as needed.
∎ Support users of BMS, CCTV system.
∎ Establish working relationships with vendors and contractors pertaining to BMS, CCTV systems.
∎ Assist with the configuration, deployment, and support of network assets, including POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc.
∎ Troubleshoot BMS System, cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
∎ Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
∎ Meet with Loss Prevention and IS Supervisors daily to receive areas of concentration and special assignments.
∎ Perform all delegated tasks assigned by Loss Prevention and Information Services management.
∎ Adhere to Corporate standards as stated in departmental training manual.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with BMS, CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions, connectivity problems, and recording errors.
